Quality Policy

SummerTech NDT has been established since  September 2017 and provides specialist services in welding procedures and welder qualifications to BS 4872​, BS EN ISO 9606, BS EN ISO 15614, and ASME XI. SummerTech NDT also provides, but is not limited to, various destructive testing, including macros and micros, hardness, bends, tensile and Non-destructive testing, which includes but is not limited to Visual Inspection, Dye Penetrant Inspection, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Ultrasonic Testing, and Positive Material Identification.

SummerTech NDT's policy is to implement and maintain an effective management system based on the requirements of ISO 17020, ISO 17024 and ISO 9001, providing a range of specialised services performed by qualified and competent personnel.

 

Quality is of utmost importance to our business.  Our quality policy is based on understanding the needs of our clients and striving to provide a level of quality that exceeds expectations. As such, we have established core principles, which we aim to achieve through the setting of objectives and targets. Our aim is to provide reliable, cost-effective services which meet the requirements of our clients and the ISO 9001 standard.

We are committed to continuous improvement and have established a quality management system that provides a framework for measuring and improving our performance.

The fulfilment of this policy requires the involvement and commitment of all our employees. To this end, SummerTech NDT provides and manages the resources necessary to successfully deliver our services and provide a safe and suitable work environment.

 

This policy document is displayed in the Company to ensure awareness by employees and other interested parties. The continued relevance of this policy is reviewed annually by senior management.
